RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to offer a 10-day return policy for the first order only post which there will be a 10-day exchange for proceeding order in case of damaged goods, wrong shipment.
To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the following: FLC PLUS, 1-F Kakad House B wing, opp Bombay Hospital, Marine Lines, Mumbai-4000020. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- Email us at email@example.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.
Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 3-5 business days.
Once the item is picked up, we will credit the amount of that item as PLUS CREDIT in your account and we can do online refund within 7 business days for the return order. In case of exchange, the PLUS CREDIT will be valid for 1 year from the date of its issuance and can be used to shop for any item on the flcplus.com.
You can exchange an item purchased on flcplus.com with the same item or another one, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
To cancel an order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 24 hours from the time order is placed.
